Requiem

She was a NE quine, born and brocht up in Inverurie, a graduate of Inverurie Academy. A wonderful piper who played at my friends' kids weddings and at our gatherings in Inverurie, Glasgow and Southampton. She supported the Dons and MU. She was energetic and funny and good fun.

She moved to Reading and worked in insurance. She came north to spend New Year with family.

She died at lunchtime today, after 2 weeks on life support in the Vicky. She's survived by partner Dave, mother Sheila and sister Anne. She was younger than me. Another friend gone. RIP Aisla.
