Spectacular Sky

I couldn't resist this super cloud formation over the green hills to our north. The building is a condominium complex with a fabulous view of the bay, but it is an incredibly long hike to get home from the beach each day. We had friends once stay in its neighbor (just out of the photo on the left) and the sunsets were astounding every time we visited, but we could only manage a visit every two or three days because it took us that long to recover each time we ventured over. A trade off around Playa La Ropa, you either get wonderful views or great beach access - only a few places offer both and they are almost exclusively short term rentals not a place you could actually live. Such are the dilemmas in paradise.
