Healthy option
I love salmon - but it has to be cooked properly, and definitely not over cooked so it becomes rubbery.
This is tonight's meal of salmon just before it was wrapped up in its parcel and popped into the oven.
Really simple - wedges of sliced pak choi, salmon fillet on top, sprinkle with grated fresh ginger and a little finely chopped red chilli. Serve with noodles. Fantastic.
A'desk has been harping on about the lack of recent food blips recently. I don't think this is the kind of dish he had in mind!
