Began today with a blast of exercise running The 7.2 mile route of Richmond Park as the boys continue to train for their 'Tough Guy' challenge. Made harder by including a 1 minute rep or 2 at each mile of either sit ups, push ups, burpees, log jumps or plank kicks! Amazing how the interval blasts really increase the intensity of work out; I was exhausted at the end!!!
However I had certainly Earnt my pizza and wine planned for the evening!

Hot bath and onesie on I headed over to my friends. Wine, prosecco, random shots, drinking games and choreographing a dance along a good old chat and lots of laughs made for a fab night in at Hannah's house!
