Day 41

Once again, a late post. I would really like it if I were more organised about this. A brief overview of the day will have to suffice...

I was pretty low, getting quite desperate at one point. Probably not helped by seeing pictures of myself from before I put on two stone and then deciding to not eat much. At least when I felt a stressed in church and then very low afterwards, I knew that it did not mean there was no hope. I became very anxious in the evening.
