Post dinner gaze

I went on a run with my new running shoes and ended up feeling really sore. The soreness which I had thought the new shoes would fix never truly went away. Instead I have a feeling the shoes gave me a false sense of security so that an hour after the run I it was really sore. I may have the dreaded shin splints so will have to stop this silly running business for a couple of weeks at least. Bummer.

Our little boy ate really well at tea time. This is just him, after his meal, watching what his big sister was up to.
