A series?

Seems over the last 24 hours I have grown a liking to cockerels!

Working from home today and so decided to take my quick lunch break after going to the post office at the animal farm. The farm is run by young adults with disabilities. Very friendly farm and I can see myself going back when spring sends us cute animals!
Pregnant lady from yesterday is still very tearful and this afternoon she asked to go home as she felt tried and too emotional to be at work. I have a feeling there is more to her tearfulness that just, in her words, hormones! Time will tell but I tend to be right when I get a hunch!!
Anyway, back to the day job. Oh and anyone fancy helping out with this question for my ‘mock’ exam:
‘Why do you think we have seen an upsurge in interest in employee engagement over the past decade’?
