Cool Dudes

Today my son's class studied pumpkins...measured their weight, height, and circumference and then listened to me read a Halloween story. Each group carved a pumpkin, the design by consensus. It was not easy keeping these five boys from getting into mischief...playing with the knife, slashing the pumpkin's skin, screaming over each other while coming up with the ultimate inappropriate name for their jack-o-lantern. I give a lot of credit to their teacher for her amazing patience and creative, positive way she keeps them in line. I'm sure she is glad today is Friday!
