Early Morning
The preview of this day was delightful. It was about 6:30 this morning when I twirled the wand to open the mini-blinds on the window near the edge of my bed and this beautiful veil of color was beginning to appear. This doesn't happen every morning, but it happens often.
It's too bad that the photo accentuates the power pole and wires because we hardly notice them. Actually I thought about not using this photo because of the pole and wires and because we captured some other lovely photos today on the shoreline of Cambria and then further up the coast in San Simeon where there is a pier and a tiny little community and way up the hill is the Hearst Castle, but then I went ahead and chose this.
It's been a good day and the morning certainly foretold that.
And yes, this is back-blipped a day late because using my iPhone to post each day's adventure and activities is not the easiest mode for writing thoughts.
Good night from California's Coast.
