The spoils of war

This was James' allegedly unbreakable 7ply skateboard.
Clearly the people who test these things have never met James.
Initially some concern over a very sore ankle but appears that he has come away without injury.

I have been making up for lack of effort yesterday. Also managed to go to the gym. Today is a better day.
