Great Day on the Hard Water

The boys were delayed in ice fishing this morning due to another "early Sunday morning storm". BJ needed to go into work and take care of plowing/sanding before the fun began.

They finally took off around noon and fished Clearwater lake for the afternoon. They caught 13 fish including this beauty. Colby had a blast running for flags, riding the snowmobile, and using the portable ice shack. I think in a 9 year olds mind, the ice shack is part shelter, part fort... and why wouldn't that be a fantastic combination? The weather this weekend was mild, making it much more enjoyable to be outside.

Kaylee spent the night at Grammies, it was just the two of them. Kaylee said that they watched "chick flicks" and went shopping this morning.
