Orientation and Induction

"Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand." Isaiah 64:8

Today was my first day of work, and so today I spent quite a lot of time on induction and orientation to the hospital. I had a very nice nurse showing me around and telling me a bit of what she knows while trying to not overwhelm me with information. I had a good day and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

So I chose this verse, because just as I am being moulded at work into the requirements of this place, God is also moulding me into what he wants me to be. In every situation I believe there is something to be learnt, and God wants us to learn from Him and learn things that are good. Although God physically made us, He does not force things upon us, we need to allow God to teach us the things that He wants to teach us, and mould us into His creation.
