Sun and Moon

7.4C with a welcome return to blue sky and brightness and a pleasant breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I enjoyed a walk in bright sunshine today. It was cool and clear with a breeze in our faces as we walked along the beach to Westhaven. The tide was out but there was enough water in the channel through the rocks to show the way the boats go in and out.

At the fishermen's huts there was a new red tractor beside Valhalla VI. When I say new, it is much newer than the one which was almost fully submerged on the beach late last year. There is another boat too. Whether it is a replacement or an addition to Valhalla VI is yet to be seen.

If you look very closely you might be able to see the moon amongst the clouds.
