A striped caterpillar

I went and visited farmerboy's Aunty at the rest home this afternoon, and noticed these beautiful striped caterpillars on their swan plant. They turn into the most beautiful monarch butterfly.

I got home and noticed one of the caterpillars had somehow got onto my top. As we don't have any swan plants, I went back to the rest home, returned it and asked that they put it back on the plant. There aren't many monarchs flying around, so I just couldn't let it die.
