Northern Quarter Sunday

Spent a lovely morning wandering round the Northern Quarter exploring all the new bars and restaurants that have popped up since we lived there. We were staggered how much it's changed.

Had coffees at Takk (see pic of Audrey and Angus) - a trendy Scandinavian inspired cafe followed by brunch at Rosylee tea rooms which was very quaint. The waitresses had a soft spot for Audrey and she received a lot of attention.

Holed up at home for the afternoon with the fire and footie on. Brought in a tray of tea, cups and saucers with Mini Eggs. Managed to read the Sunday papers and have a nap too. You can't ask for more on a Sunday can you?

Took the pram crosstrainer out for an evening walk to make some room for the take away curry and beers we have planned tonight. Audrey spent the walk waving at the moon. Love a family Sunday at home.
