Beagle Walk

We managed to avoid the rain today although it was a near run thing and we did drive through a particularly nasty shower. Ky, Coco and I meet with some other beagle nutters and had a lovely afternoon walking around Gartmorn Dam and the beaglebums had lots of fun running circles round us and generally frolicking about, but, as you can see it's pointless asking them all to pose for a picture, it just wasn't going to happen. Coco meet her brother, Zeus, today, the first time they had seen each other since they were 8 weeks old. Although bigger than Coco, Zeus had a very similar shaped head and face but it was their total disdain for each other that gave away the fact that they were brother and sister - neither of them could have been more under whelmed to see the other if they had tried - they look just like Ky and Josh would have had I, in the company of friends, asked them to pose together for a photo. The only time they showed any inkling of having anything in common was when they pulled away from their photo pose to sniff at the same passing beagle butt! A fantastic afternoon and I'm sure Coco will sleep well with dreams of chasing her friends.
