Day 4 - making a house a home

We made an early start on decorating the guest room and by 10am the first coat had been finished and our new beds had been delivered, leaving us free to get on with the day so it was back to B&Q and the supermarket to get some essentials. In the afternoon the second coat was finished and we prepared to move the second wave of boxes from the old flat.

In the evening, with only noisy jobs to do, I set about unpacking the boxes, finding homes in the kitchen for all my things and generally trying to turn our new house in to a home.
