'neglected baby forced to take nap outside whilst heartless mother weeds flower bed. In a statement mother said "I thought the fresh air would do her good." A leading expert has said "fresh air and sunshine are of course almost as bad for a pasty White Scottish baby as fresh fruit and veg!'
