Paris

I love Paris Metro signs. They are part of the special style of this very beautiful city. This one is on Boulevard Haussmann.

I had a two day trip to Paris for work. It was pretty intense. I managed to get a few shots on the phone on Tuesday evening on the way back to the hotel, but didn't have enough free space in my head to take anything on Wednesday.

It was good to catch up with colleagues in Paris, they're a really nice bunch. I also got to practise my French as when the questions got to the difficult areas on Wednesday the conversation tended to shift in to French. I find my comprehension, even of work-related technical topics is still almost perfect, but I do struggle to get correct sentences out. Of course, everybody kept telling me my French was great, but if my godmother had been in the room she would have picked up on a lot of mistakes.
