Even the nights are better

It's so nice to have the extra hours of daylight now. It's been a damp day and rather windy so did nt venture outside except to put the nuts out for the pine marten. The birds were having trouble hanging on to the feeder but they seemed to have a good feed.

This is one of our Pine martens that come every night. I was surprised to hear that David Attenbourgh, the man that has been all over the world seeing so many rare animals, has never seen a Pine marten in the wild.
