The George

Angus was off today so we headed to Worsley for lunch (still checking out the area for a possible move) at the Ryan Giggs fronted gastro pub, The George. It was nice - a bit formal for lunch but we enjoyed it and are nicely stuffed now.

We'd thought about going out tonight for a date night but we're both exhausted (and broke) so a night on the sofa is on the cards instead.

Audrey's been very cute today. I've had lots of cuddles and a woman in the restaurant remarked how unusual it was to have a little girl that was such a "Mummy's girl" - loved hearing that! I really want to have a close bond with her, especially as we spend so much time together when Angus is working. Will probably all change though when she gets sick of me - am aware of that!
