Flight to the sun

Dog was desperate to get out this morning. So was I. For different reasons. What a beautiful day (as The Levellers sing). Glorious morning. New spring in the step. The mornings are getting lighter, there is just the vaguest of hints that spring is around the corner.

I'm grateful to Blip - it means I have my camera with me to capture this. Sadly the best image would have been of a helicopter passing across a sun drenched cloud pouring light through the cabin windows as it came into land. Missed it. Nevermind.

Few people fly to the Outer Hebrides in search of sun, but it has been voted top European island by Trip Advisor contributors. The secret has been blown. Maybe we will be getting bigger aeroplanes to meet new increased demand.
