Fishing companion

Last full day on holiday in the Trossachs so before a lovely lunch in Callander I had an hour or so at the pool. Caught and released mostly.

Was joined for a while by this heron. Closer zoomed shots with my compact lost their definition a bit so settled for this more general one. It flew off as soon as I moved to get a better view.

All very peaceful and in the early morning sunshine it was so relaxing.
