Snow Riders

The boys had wanted to take out the four-wheelers for a couple of days, but the bitterly cold temps had postponed their plans. Today, however, the boys took advantage of the warmer temps and sunshine.

BJ had gone once around the field to test the conditions of the trails/snow pack. A trip back up to the house, Mace and I climbed on to the back. We were going slow so not to scare him, and meanwhile, BJ veered off the trail a bit, and of course - we sunk - tires buried sunk. Needless to say, it took us a bit to get the machine back up onto solid packed trail, and Mace and I decided to walk back to the house instead of ride.

During our walk back, the boys played on their machines, riding back and forth. I often heard giggles from Colby, and chuckles from BJ. Boys and their toys!
