Mummy's brave little soldier!

Wow what a glorious sunny day today has been! Didn't get my injection today, I've rescheduled it for a couple of weeks time due to turtle hurting his arm! Thought it would be better to wait and get him sorted first (and I chickened out and I'm sick of hospitals and Drs!lol)

Turtle has a school trip tomorrow and the school are not prepared to take him without me so it looks like I'm getting a day out tomorrow to the British museum :). I've been given my orders and instructions of what I'm allowed to bring in my very own packed lunch :). It's going to be a wonderful opportunity to spend some time with turtle and of course I should get some great blip shots!! ;)

Dad is finally on the mend (sighs of relief!) he was up and about today and pottering gingerly about. I even got a cuppa made for me!! :)

He that is the teenager has been in a very jovial mood today and we've had another lovely chat, as I cooked dinner, about career opportunities and we brain stormed about ways to find his niche in life. He's been very loving and actually very well behaved (have we turned a corner?!?!? Is Kevin slowly disappearing?!?!? Lol) He even told me he's glad I'm his mum and even when he's angry and frustrated he does in fact love me!! Lol I did check his forehead for a temperature!! lol I'm yet to find out what he's after!!! :D

The onion has managed to move up a group in swimming today and is feeling very proud as she should. She was terrified of swimming pools and large areas of water in general but is conquering her fears and is actually swimming without aids! Clever little onion!

I'm trying to think of something fun to do this weekend as a treat for them all. All ideas welcomed!! :)

The sun certainly has a positive effect in this family. Hope you all have had some positivity today also :) see you all same time tomorrow........
