Nutty Squirrels

Today was BEAUTIFUL out! Everyone was out walking including me. It felt so good to be outside and I only needed a hoodie to wear which felt so freeing after all this time with heavy coats, scarves and gloves.

The squirrels were busy digging up their nuts and chasing each other through the trees. I caught this guy making a run for it, as another squirrel was hot on his tail. They move so fast I actually caught one in mid-flight jumping from branch to another. He looked like one of those flying squirrels.

After my walk, I came in to do my write up, I am sitting with my espresso in the family room with the back door wide open, and just the screen pulled over. It feels great to get some fresh air in the house and the sun in keeping it warm in here.
Later on, we are going to meet my sister and her husband for dinner. It is a favorite steak house and bar that we go to and it never disappoints. Tonight before we go to bed we set the clocks ahead wahoo!
