Yellow

Another dull cloudy morning…it was all but drizzling when I took the dogs out. So I was right out of inspiration until the sun came out for the afternoon. I raided the garden for a suitable subject. Then in a great hurry, (as I have a meeting shortly) I captured this image of a bright cheerful yellow cone flower!
Keith turned up from Nelson, later than I expected, with a bright blood-shot eye after his cataract operation. He is very pleased as he can already see much more clearly with the new lens.
