As for me and my house ......

This is the name of T and M's house. They are retired now after serving as missionaries in Brazil for over 30 years and returned to N Ireland about 10 years ago. When I asked M about the unusual name, she explained that the 'Hitherto' precedes a Bible verse that continues '......as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord'.

They have just sold this little house in the hills around Newtownards, but I'll bet they take the house sign with them; it's not simply the name of their home, but the way they live their lives.
