Can you identify this mysterious object?

An exhausting day! Left the house at 9.15 got back home at 5.30, with a brief stop over for 5 minutes about 12.

I started breastfeeding supporter training today. A three hour video conference from the health center. My friend Tessa very kindly took ivy for the morning, to hang out with her almost walking 9 month old. The other trainee vcing in had their babies with them, so I'll take ivy next time. The mysterious object is the anatomy of a breast drawn onto a balloon for practising hand expression- obviously!

Then Tessa reappeared with ivy and tilda and her partner drove us up to a ladies who lunch party at Elena's. Great food and lovely conversation just like last time. I have a job interview week after next, if I get the job no more ladies who lunch for me :(

Ivy chewed on a slice of pear at Elena's. Properly chomped Big pieces off of it - as such we started giving her more lumpy food. She's learned another skill today, she can throw herself from hands and knees sideways to a slumped seated position to better play with whatever she has in her hand.
