It was a training run...honest

I ran my 7th Stafford half marathon this morning in 1:31:08 (chip time)...which was a bit faster than I intended, this being a training run before the Maratona di Roma next week -you have to say it with a bad Italian accent.

I was quite impressed that Laura managed to get close enough to the finish line to actually get a photo of me just as I was about to cross said finish line. So it obviously makes the blip.

...and then later on I asked Laura to marry me.
