Raging Torrent

It may be the first day of spring according to the animation of the gardener with watering can when you open Google, but there is no watering required around Glasgow! It had been raining cats and dogs for most of the day. However, when I emerged from the hairdresser late afternoon the rain had stopped. I drove to the Craigton Burn that runs under a little bridge on the back road to Mugdock Country Park from Stockiemuir Road, and took some shots of the torrential flow of water. I used the slowest shutter speed possible in the prevailing bright light conditions (1/8th second, f11, 100 ISO) to capture the movement. I hope the rain lets up for a day or two!
