Hampshire sunset

Had a nice slow get up and then packing for our weekend away. Raided the local Waitrose for goodies for us and essential supplies for son number 2 to eat while we are away.

Headed off after lunch and found the Foresty Commission site easily. Had a coffee outside the reception centre while we waited for check in and enjoyed listening to the birds and soaking up some sunshine.

Unpacked at the cabin and then set out for a quick walk through the forest before it got dark. Lots of voles around rustling in the dried leaves on the forest floor.

Enjoyed the hot tub and dark skies before bed. Looking forward to a peaceful weekend.
