Fitness...

Nice car boss has turned into super fit boss... we had an appointment at 360Conditioning at Heriot Watt who are doing a study on his fitness throughout the process of his monster challenge.

The fitness test looked pretty horrendous from the other side of the camera. I'm pretty sure that that I'd have keeled over within the first minute.
