Cider bread

Feeling a bit sorry for myself today after I managed to slip on some algae/ wet moss on the slabs in the back garden this morning. No major damage but a sore knee and a bruised cheek (!) meant it was better to be standing up rather than sitting down. I've been planning to make some cider and apple bread for ages so decided I'd be better doing something useful with my standing time so got out the bowls and flour and made a couple of loaves of bread. The plain one came out very well but the cider one was brilliant. Half of it has gone already in "wee tastes" so its definitely on the "do again" list
