No I haven’t grown whiskers!!

More action in the nesting box this morning and it appears that building activity occurs from early morning until about 10am, then they disappear for the rest of the day.

This blue tit was making great attempts to deconstruct this nesting pouch. It wasn’t intended to be used as nesting material for other sites, but as shelter during the winter months.

Lovely warm day, so spent some time trimming back some bushes that are getting out of hand and preparing for the builder tomorrow. This is the situation today, progress will be reported.
