A MIMent In Time

By justmim

Sad to leave.
Glad to go.

Yet thankful for these places that are each a little piece of home.

"If we seek contentment from home, we will never find it because all that makes home home is constantly shifting. Either we leave or someone else does... Home is a lot more fragile than we realise."

However...

"We can have the contentment of home right now, wherever we are, because home for us is wherever God has us. In fact, home for us is more than this - home is Christ, who unites us to God our Father. In this home alone can we find contentment because it is the only home that we will never have to leave." - Lydia Brownback

And so I find myself singing not only "In Christ alone my hope is found" but also in Christ alone my Home is found.
