Sensation

Tonight I went to Sensation with Hannah, Nathan, Louise, Steve, Nanisa and David. Sensation is a sensory dining experience where food and science interact as part of the 2014 Edinburgh Science Festival.

It was a lovely evening that challenged our preconceptions of food. I have to say though that I'm still not a fan of bacon lollipops!

This shot is our dessert for the evening. An experiment to see whether colour can change the way things taste. I saw through that one completely - only to be beaten by a starburst!

The evening was 3 hours in total, followed by a beer tasting. So I'm now completely knackered walking home! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
