Tanah Lot

Ok, so I'm posting another temple picture. But we saw a lot of temples in a week!

This one is Tanah Lot, and it's actually built on a rock formation that gets flooded at high-tide, resulting in a really cool island temple. The waves here were very powerful - several times we saw the surface of the temple get soaked. It was a beautiful place to spend some time, albeit a little touristy.

After Tanah Lot we enjoyed lunch (where I finally had a young coconut to drink!) and visited another temple before arriving in Ubud and spending some much-needed time relaxing by the pool.
