Paint it Black

...at least the middle bit! These tulips greeted us, in a vase, when we first arrived at this house. I don't pick them, but leave them to look lovely in the garden - we haven't done a thing to them and they still produce masses of blooms every year after 24 years (and were probably planted there way before that!)

It's so lovely and sunny this morning, and the birds are singing.
