The Picture in the Wardrobe

I found this picture in a wardrobe at N & R's new home. I don't know who he is but there is a date imprinted on it August 1982. When the house was vacated this was left behind, though when that was exactly is unknown as the house was a rental property previously. C & I are going around to try to sort the garden out a little as it is quite overgrown.

The police chopper is buzzing around the town today - something amiss maybe.
