Sundae Sunday

Well I'm now back home with my feet up following a great wee mini holiday with my folks.

The highlights from today included Dolphin spotting at Broughty Ferry (alas we didn't see any!), rambling in a rock garden, crazy dog racing on the beach and the Fife coastal trail.

We saw a sign saying that the intentional or reckless disturbance of dolphins is an offence punishable by a fine of £10,000 and/or up to 12 months imprisonment. What have people been doing to these dolphins??

About lunchtime we got a hankering for an ice cream sundae. We decided to drive the coastal trail until we found one. It turns out that Pittenweem was the place to go! We were going to try and find St Fillan's Cave while we were there, but it was too windy and cold. Instead we ate our sundaes in the car overlooking the choppy harbour!

Sundaes on a Sunday; it doesn't get much better than that does it?
