Knock Pike

The lowest of the three Pikes around here at 398 metres. At its foot lies the village of Knock.

In Ireland apparently Knock can mean a hill. Pike means a peak from the old Norse 'pic'. So is Knock Pike a hill with a peak, or so good they named it twice (like Eric Djemba Djemba who was ironically chorused as such by Manchester United supporters), or more likely all of this is a load of boloney?
