Dove Stone

This is Dove Stone reservoir right on the edge of Greater Manchester and yet it seems hundreds of miles away from the city. Its always been a very popular place for the locals to visit on a sunny day and today was just right for that - perfect!

There are some great walks here up on to the hills and some real rocky tops to investigate but today we did what everyone else was doing and walked the reservoir circuit.
