In to work this morning.......yes, I know it's the first day of the holidays but........so much to catch up on.....sorted out hebs students.Marked two sets of books.......selected 26 past exam papers so I can knock up 5 end of year exams.

Hebs got in about 11.00 after her new oven had been delivered........the old one shorted out yesterday.....we left about 12.30....home......hebs inspected the new kitchen....even taking photos of the wall sockets with integrated USB ports.......sorry Corin if it means more work for you.

It was sooo good to sit, drink coffee and chat.....and not much of it was about work......later the Boss went out to buy some paint.....and came back with Charlie...she stayed a couple of hours.and then we ate..........and went off to the quiz.

We won........38 out of 40...........£20 food and drink voucher in the pot for Christmas!

Speaking of quizzes....the bro in law Rob and his fire fighter colleagues are on Eggheads on Wednesday!

All in all.........once the work bit was out of the way........a pretty good day.

Tomorrow I have a day all to myself........I think it will be a bit of a lie in........a breakfast out.........a few hours fishing...and all being well a few hours sitting in the Sun.
