Frites not so bad!
In the interest of keeping it real I'm posting a pic of an amazing lunch I had yesterday. I've been asked what I eat on my non-fasting days. The short answer is whatever I want but I am trying to not indulge in wasted calories. Yesterday I went to lunch with my hubby and ordered what I thought would be a good choice for watching the cals..haha..not so much. When the waitress placed frites in front of me and I literally gasped. I had no idea it came with frites. I figured what the heck I want them and I couldn't resist. In the end I ate more than half of them but they were so good. Later we went for a walk and I had a glass of wine. In the moment I was mentally calculating my calories and thought I was still ok but later when I really checked I knew I went over. I worried all night but guess what..I didn't gain anything..I didn't lose but I didn't gain. So I learned something..I can indulge once and awhile as long as I don't throw in the towel completely.
