Not no ordinary pizza!

Well I spent most the day experimenting with my mothers recipe for pizza dough and I think I finally managed to make myself individual pizzas at only 265 calories per pizza. It's not even close to mom's pizza But my sauce is the bomb. My crust didn't rise well so I'll give it another try once I make my way through these puppies. :)
Here is the recipe:
1 packet instant yeast
1/2 cup warm water 110 degrees
1 tsp sugar (15 cal)
5 cups wheat flour or 600 grams (1630 cal)
1 tbsp olive oil (120)
Extra water if the dough is to dry
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder

Assuming you have a mixer with a dough attachment .......Add yeast, warm water and sugar and mix to dissolve yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add salt to flour than slowly add flour to yeast mixture. mix on low setting. After adding half the flour add a tablespoon of oil. Add remaining flour ...if it's too dry add a little water at a time until the dough forms. Remove from mixer and with some flour on a board kneed the dough for a few minutes. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap ( lightly around the dough) cover bowl with a damp dish towel. Let sit for 1 hour remove plastic and kneed in the bowl for a 30 seconds and cover again. Let sit another hour.
Take dough out of bowl. Cut into 12 equal pieces. You can weigh the whole thing and divide the total by twelve. My scale is my best friend right now.
Roll until you like the thickness.
