Best weather in the country

The Western Isles of Scotland have a reputation for bad weather. Not today. Ours is the best in the country. It is so calm this afternoon, that the sunset reflects in the waters of Stornoway Harbour. A heron is flying along the tideline, looking for tidbits before it returns to its tree to roost for the night. The buildings and boats on the Goat Island slipway are shrouded in the shadows of dusk, but turn up as their reflections.
