Fun-Style Friday

I love it when Kaylee plays with my hair, although it's short, she manages to get some crazy styles out of it. Tonight was no different, she managed to french braid it in rows - much like that of dread locks. After taking out all of the braids, it already had that "messy" look, so she embellished it a bit more with her teasing comb. This was the final look.

It felt funny - secure almost. It was a weird sensation to have it stick straight up... without the use of hairspray or gel. Mace was looking like he needed to go out, and Kaylee convinced dared me to go out with my new doo. No problem! Out I went, skipping across the back lawn, embracing my new hair! We had many laughs when I popped my head up into the living room window, staring blankly around as if confused. Kaylee, inside, watching and laughing as I made a fool out of myself. Mace is still getting used to our crazy antics and sat watching cautiously, unsure what to think ... making us laugh even harder.

I love these moments, just Kaylee and I, laughing and making goofy, odd-ball memories.
.... my cup runneth over!
