Easter egg hunt

Ivy was the clear winner with this giant stone 'egg' she found at Knockan crag in the Geopark.

AMAZING weather today. I spray painted some bamboo sticks interesting colours to make teepees to grow beans up. We went to the Geopark with Laura who works there to take some photos of Ivy interacting with the rocks so she can feauture in promotional presentations to show how fun the geopark is for kids. It was a good hike up a hill, Euan had to carry Ivy because I got a bit nervous about carrying Ivy up steep steps incase I slipped and broke her. She had a feed halfway up to a background of glorious scenery.

We had a BBQ in the garden with other Laura for dinner- we had defrosted a big pork loin joint so it got cooked in the oven and then Euan did a lovely spicy BBQ glaze for it on the grill. Put an aubergine in it's skin on the dying coals so Ivy can have it for lunch tomorrow. Laura and Euan barbequed cauliflower- i'm disgusted.
