Blossoms Down

All the blossoms from the big old paperbark tree that I posted on the 13th April are finished and falling to the ground.

Huge mounds of them are piling up along the footpath and even though they're dead and dry they are still quite beautiful!

Here's just a small selection. I love the little round holder that still seems to be keeping all the strands of each of the blossoms together!
